Jacek Czeladko

President of the Managing Board

Doctor of Economics - Financial Management, University of Economics in Katowice, MBA graduate at SGH & University of Calgary & Universite du Quebec, Master of Economics at Silesian International Business School (University of Strathclyde from Glasgow and Ecole de Commerce de Toulouse). Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Forensic expert on corporate finance. Member of the Association of Certified Business Valuation in Poland. Author of press publications and books on economic issues.

He has over 20 years of experience in managerial positions in finance and management. Member of Supervisory Boards in state owned and private companies. He implemented controlling and budgeting systems, conducted organizational and financial restructuring,  implemented IT systems, developed long-term strategic and marketing plans. He has extensive experience in financing acquisition both with equity (issues of shares and convertible bonds) and debt (several dozen negotiated loan agreements).

Grzegorz Wdowczyk

Director of the Accounting Services Department

Licensed accountant, graduate of the School of Banking and postgraduate studies in accounting at the University of Białystok.

He has many years of professional experience in accounting and finance from various sectors of the economy. He gained experience in audit and consulting companies, such as Roedl & Partner Sp. z o.o., Mazars Polska Sp. z o.o. and in the law office Jara & Partners Sp. k., where he was responsible for organizing the accounting department and coordinating the work of the team. Thanks to many years of experience gained in an international environment, he is perfectly familiar with the culture and manner of doing business by foreign entrepreneurs. As the director of the accounting services department, he supervised the work of several dozen accountants, was responsible for the implementation of the service for new clients and represented clients during tax and financial statements.

Grzegorz Mazurek

Commercial Director

A graduate of the Faculty of Production Economics, the Main School of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw (currently SGH).

For many years he worked in managerial positions in companies and corporations with Italian, German, Japanese, Belgian and Polish capital. He participated, among others, in introducing Benetton on the Polish market.

Has experience in various industries: clothing, photography, construction and building, chemical, financial services and outsourcing. Sales and finance are his two passions. Thanks to extensive experience in sales as well as in the area of finance and accounting, he is able to talk to clients about the benefits of outsourcing in accounting and payroll administration in a practical, factual and based on reliable calculations way.
